How to Request Data Deletion
If you wish to have your account and associated data deleted from our systems, please follow the steps below:

- Share your registered mobile number and name in the email body for us to match with your existing account.
- Account Authentication: One of our team members will contact you to authenticate and confirm your request.
- Confirmation of Deletion: Upon verification, we will proceed with the deletion of your account and all associated data.
Important Considerations
- Data Restoration: Please be advised that once your account is deleted, we cannot restore any content, including loyalty/referral points and order history.
- Permanent Deletion: All your order history, status, payment history, reviews, and any other data stored with us will be permanently erased.
